This beautiful cottage boasts on open floor plan with large windows for spectacular views. If you are looking for one of those rare sandy beach from homes, then you found it. There are very few homes on Lake Charlevoix that have a sandy beach and a sandy walk out into the water. This is one of the best locations for beach sitting, for small kids playing in the water, or resting your feet in the sand. Large yard yard can be used to play yard games with large shady trees keeping you cool on the deck during those hot sunny days. Sun, Shade, Beach. Great getaway for those seeking rest, pleasure, and great for kids.
Newly remodeled kitchen. Fully stocked with utensils and blender. Crock pot. Toaster. Granite counter tops, 3 bar stool island, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffe maker, and refrigerator. Dinning room table has 6 chairs.
Living area includes large sofa, chair and half pull out twin bed, and chair. Log burning fireplace and large HD television.
Three bedrooms: master bedroom with king size bed, guest bedroom with twin bed and full bed, guest bedroom with two bunk beds consisting of 3 twin mattresses and one full size mattress.
Washer and Dryer.
Bathrooms: One bathroom has stand up shower, and the other bathroom tub and shower combination.
Outdoor amenities: Gas grill, spacious back deck, large back yard, ladder golf, deluxe wooden crochet, bocce ball, hammock, three kayaks, many beach chairs and umbrella, fire pit, volleyball net on beach, and permanent dock that is great for fishing from.
This property is located on a private road with many large mature trees that is great for bike riding and walks.
